Few words from owner

Apartments Stella alls with a private external entrance, parking spaces and car garage. House 15 m from the sea and 70 km North of Dubrovnik, STON 8 min drive , a new bridge. All apartments with terraces or balcony and sea view, Mali Ston Bay, beautiful sunset. The beaches are pebble and concrete, and only 1 minute walk from the house, shop is 50 m away, restaurant 20 m. On the ground floor there are studio apartments with large terrace, and on the first floor of the house are 2 apartments. All apartments have 1 bedroom (double bed), complete kitchen with dining area, living room with exit to the terrace or balcony, extra beds for sleeping, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, washing machine-dishwasher / Ana / hair dryer, WIFI - internet, bed linen and towels. The price includes parking for car, air conditioning, electricity-gas, water, bed linen and towels (not for the beach) For a stay of 14 days we grant a 5% discount on the total amount and for 3 weeks a 10% discount. Drink welcome. Due to COVID 19, if you cancel the reservation by 14 days before arrival, we will refund the paid deposit 100% minus the bank fee. The Bebić family has been vaccinated - Covid19.
