Importantly, our prices are final prices, without additional payments (only in case of damage) and include:
sojourn tax, wi-fi, air conditioning, linens, towels, final cleaning, shared washing machine, parking, bicycles, kayak, SUP board, nordic walking sticks, barbecue and playground in our garden.
Our small town is located in the middle, between the National Park of Nature Krk and the National Park Kornati, the old towns of Šibenik, Skradin, Trogir and Split. You can explore the whole area from one place without having to constantly change your place of stay.
Our comfortable, well-equipped, air-conditioned holiday home with a wonderful view, for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, in a small, beautiful Lozica bay, is just few steps to the sea.
Imagine, wake up, jump into the crystal clear, turquoise blue sea and go to your balcony with a great view, enjoy breakfast, a morning coffee with a book, or just relax with the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves.
Or enjoy the spacious Mediterranean garden full of trees, fragrant flowers, nature sounds, birds. Prepare your meal on the grill.
For an active vacation, you also have a free kayak, SUP board and bikes available.
You can kayak and explore our beautiful coastline with its many wild beaches and nearby islands.
Or you can ride a bike to the grocery store or explore our small fishing village with many restaurants, cafes and the famous nautical port - Marina Frapa and the famous salt lake "Dragon Eye".
You can walk or run along the coast. Lungomare - Promenade along the coast makes all our small concrete or pebble beaches easily accessible.
The place is also very popular for families with young children because of its easy access to shallow water.
