Apartments are new, with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Located in a most beautiful part of Rovinj, named Borik, 2 km from the center, in a pine forest. Studio apartments (A2) are on the ground floor, in front of the house is a large garden. In the yard is a barbecue, parasol and garden furniture. Apartments on the first floor (A4 +2) have a large terrace with grill. Nearby (10 min.) there is a camping with sports pitch for tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, sandy beach with showers and a playground.
