Additional Information
Villa Tereza is situated in turistic area of Zadar, in peaceful surrounding. Close to the most attractive city beaches that offer plenty of turistic contents such as: rent-a-boat, rent-a-bike, Kornati islands excursions, parasail, tennis field, wellness... Bus stop is only 5min walk from the house, and so are the store and the pharmacy. Center is easily reached either by car, by bus or even on foot. House is also close to the road that leads to number of nearby small towns that are more than worth of paying a visit. Apartments are in the ground floor of the house, surrounded with nicely decorated garden with plenty of trees and mediteranian aromatic plants which u can enjoy sitting in the shade of the terrace plants. In the back of the house is a parking spot and built in stone barbecue, free to use. In the season (1.june-1.september ) bookings are possible with a saturday as a start day.
