Our apartments are located in a family semidetached house, built in 2008. and are close to the center of Silo (about 5 minutes walk). The apartments are brand new, modern, four-star and only a hundred meters from the sea and sandy beach which is ideal for children. The house consists of two parts A and B, each containing six apartments, including three studio apartments (Studio 2, 4 and 6) and three larger apartments (apartments 1, 2 and 3) to the bedroom. Apartments 5 and 6 are located in the basement, 3 and 4 on the first floor and suites number 1 and 2 on the second floor, which offers beautiful views of the sea, and therefore are most attractive. Each apartment has a parking space, and guests can use the grill, which is located at the rear of the house. Login € 2.5 per person, for stays of up to 3 days price is 30% higher. Tourist tax is included. For the months of July and August is only possible arrival on Saturday, Final cleaning is not included in the price and is charged once for the Studio (No 2, 4 and 6) at 20 € per apartment and (1.3 and 5) at 30 € - payment for the apartment will be charged for the reserved time during the first two days-if the customer decides to leave the room earlier, the owner reserves right to retain the booking fee.
