This stunning stone villa with private outdoor pool that is filled with sea water is completely renovated in 2018. Villa is located 100 m from the nearest beach. Originally is built 130 years ago because of what it has its special warmth and soul which you will see for yourself. Featuring free Wi-Fi and free parking for 3 cars, it offers air-conditioned accommodation. The villa is 210 meters square and it’s equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious 30 square meters dining and living room area that is great for socializing, it also has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a big American gas grill for a pleasant holiday and experience. Whole yard is fenced with a beautiful wrought iron fence and Mediterranean vegetation.
