The entire house for up to 18 people consists of 5 apartments, 6 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, 5 terraces, barbecue, 4 parking spaces. The nearest (rocky) beach is 70 meters away. 1st floor, 2nd floor and attic. The nearest pebble beach is about 250 meters away.

Ideal for large groups of friends and families. A security deposit of €500 must be paid in cash upon check-in.

After paying the security deposit upon check-in, we always return the entire security deposit upon check-out. The price includes free final cleaning.

Of course, sometimes people do not understand or respect private property and when we have to add much more energy, time, people and money to clean that area after the guests leave. That is why we offer a cleaning price list at check-in.

Cleaning stains on walls, large stains on balconies, terraces (they are made of stone that absorbs everything) and floors, repairing broken chairs (or buying new ones), breaking things in the property and garden (and repairing or buying new ones) are not covered by the free final cleaning. This additional cleaning costs extra time, energy and, ultimately, money and the money to cover the cleaning for this will be deducted from the security deposit from the cleaning price list. I hope this suits you and that it will not be a problem for booking this beautiful property which is ideal for a large group of friends or family gatherings, because so far we have almost always had guests that someone would want.
