Short stay: For stays up to 3 nights, the price is 30% higher.
Extra person: Additional guests pay 5–7 € per night, depending on the season.
Advance payment: A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure the booking.
Parking: One parking space is provided per apartment.
House Rules:
No outside guests (only registered guests are allowed).
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00.
No pets allowed.
