About accommodation
Anticic Heritage is located in the resort of Igrane, 30 m from the sea and has capacity for 2–4 persons in 1 accommodation unit. Arrival is possible from 14:00 and on departure day until 10:00. Owners speak: ENG, HRV.
This traditional Dalmatian stone house, built in 1920, was recently renovated and now combines authentic Dalmatian heritage with modern comfort. Located in the village of Igrane on the Makarska Riviera, the house retains the charm of traditional Dalmatian architecture and offers a pleasant atmosphere for your stay.
The apartment occupies the upper two floors of the eastern section of the house and has a separate entrance. Access is through the courtyard, followed by an outdoor staircase leading to the floor where the apartment entrance is located.
Guests have access to one free parking space right next to the house, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and an air-conditioning unit located in the stairwell. To ensure effective cooling of the bedrooms, the doors need to be kept open.
A paid boat mooring can be arranged upon prior request. The host also owns a traditional family boat, so a boat trip to a nearby island may occasionally be arranged by agreement, depending on weather conditions and the host’s availability.
The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price, via bank transfer or PayPal. The deposit is refundable for cancellations made by 31 January. For cancellations made on or after 1 February, the deposit is non-refundable. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00
