The family house is located in a small village Drenje (east coast of Istria), 8 km away from the historic town of Labin, surrounded by a garden and greenery suitable for a quiet and pleasant family vacation.The apartments are located on the 1st floor with separate entrance to the house. The apartments have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with basic necessities. Each apartment also has two covered terraces with a breathtaking view of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Cres. In front of the house, beside the olive grove, there is a spacious terrace with garden grill. Guests are provided with n parking and Wi-Fi. Final cleaning, sojourn tax, bed linen, water and electricity are included in the price as well as change of bed linen for longer than 7 days. Additional payment is required for pets or the use of extra bed in apartment 4 + 1 (5 Eur per day). Distance to the beach is 5 minutes by car (2 km). Beaches are concrete and gravel with a light sea entrance which is very suitable for families with children.
Apart from enjoying the clean sea, the area is ideal for active people who enjoy biking, diving, running and wind surfing.
