Last minute is not a fixed promotion run by the portal. The owner enters a free date and the discount personally, and the offer then appears in the list. The size of the discount is shown with each offer and depends on the property and the dates. You arrange the booking directly with the owner, and the portal charges no commission. Payment and cancellation terms are also agreed with the owner, and we recommend getting them confirmed in writing.
What the portal data shows
According to the portal data, owners have entered 1,769 last-minute offers for 807 properties for the 2026 season. The average discount is 16.6 %: 401 offers are under 10 %, 845 are between 10 and 20 %, 367 between 20 and 30 %, and 156 are over 30 %. The dates on offer last 7 to 9 nights on average. This is an overview of the offers entered so far, not a promise of any particular discount or availability.
When and where to look
Most offers are for dates in August (540) and September (504); June has 341 and July 303. September also has the highest average discount, at 18.6 %. The places with the most offers are Omiš (138), Rogoznica (127), Trogir (81), Pag (76), Vir (65) and Krk (64). The list changes as owners add or change their entries, so it is worth checking it regularly.
Practical tips and getting there by car
Ask about availability by phone or e-mail, and check the minimum stay, the arrival time and how the keys are handed over. If you travel by car, you are not tied to a flight and can set off to suit the free dates.
