This spacious, air-conditioned apartment is 50m˛ and consists of a corridor, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and open balcony. The living room has the ability to separate from the rest of the apartment by means of a sliding partition wall, so in a few seconds it becomes a bedroom.
Parking is available in the house at an additional cost of EUR 5 per day.
