For reservation there is an advance payment of 30% of the total agreed price on a bank account. The remaining portion of 70% is payable in cash upon arrival. Upon arrival, guests have a duty to provide proof of identity (identity card / passport) for verification and registration.
The entrance to the apartment after 2 pm and departure before 10am. Upon departure, guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
