Villa LEON*** is located in the resort of Omis – Mimice, 80 m from the sea and has capacity for 2–16 persons in 4 accommodation units. Arrival is possible from 15:00 and on departure day until 10:00. Owners speak: CZ, ENG, HRV.
LOCATION: apartments with a beautiful view and a convenient location above the beaches of the resort of Mimice. The house is in a quiet location below the main road. The resort center and the beach are accessible by stairs (130 steps) that lead directly to the sea or by a steeper path that leads to the center of Mimice.
FACILITIES: air conditioning, terrace with barbecue, free parking above the house, wi-fi.
ACCOMMODATION:
Apartment A6+2 (no. 1) - a spacious apartment with an area of ??113 m2 with its own entrance is located in the attic of the house and offers a beautiful sea view from the terrace, 3 separate bedrooms (2x for 3 people and 1x for 2 people), where each bedroom has its own balcony with a sea view, a large living room with a terrace and a beautiful sea view, air conditioning (5,- EUR/day), dining table, sofa, android TV. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with toilets and a fully equipped kitchenette with a large refrigerator and freezer. We recommend it for large families or friends who want to spend their vacation together.
Apartment A2+1 (no. 2) – apartment on the 1st floor with air conditioning (5,- EUR/day) and direct sea view, bedroom with double bed and bed for 3rd person, separate kitchenette with fridge, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, balcony with seating area and beautiful sea view.
Studio S2 (no. 3 and 5) – studio on the 1st floor with double bed and air conditioning (5,- EUR/day), bathroom with shower, toilet, kitchenette with fridge, balcony with front sea view.
Studio S2+1 (no. 4) – studio on the 1st floor with double bed and bed for 3rd person, air conditioning (5,- EUR/day), bathroom with shower, toilet, balcony, kitchenette with fridge is located on the side terrace with partial sea view.
BEACH: there are 2 beautiful pebble beaches with a gradual entrance to the sea. A direct staircase from the apartment leads to a small pebble beach, other beaches are max. 250m away.
CATERING: self-catering, many options for individual meals in restaurants in the area.
SPORTS/ENTERTAINMENT/SHOPPING: post office, grocery store, bakery and pizzeria are located 300 m from Villa Leon. There is also a bus stop right next to the shop with a line to Omiš (approx. 14 km) or to the Makarska Riviera (approx. 20 km).
