Makarska is about 6 km from the apartments, Brela around 17. Split airport is about 60 km away.
The holiday house is located above a family house, both located between two roads: the upper Adriatic highway, and the lower one is local (Ruđera Boškovića 21, Podgora). When you get down to the local road (you have stairs that pass through both houses - you will return home to good condition, and you may lose a kilo), you only have 50-100 meters to the first beach (and supermarket, and there is also the center of the place, taxi station and bus station). And the beaches are all around, covered with fine pebbles along the crystal clear sea.
Parking is charged separately 40 HRK per day and is payable directly to the host upon arrival (it is not included in the apartment rate). It is located 100-200 meters from the house next to the lock for which you receive the key with the keys of the apartment.
A deposit of 200 Euros is payable upon arrival - for possible damage to the apartment, and if you leave everything in order, the money will be returned to you after the delivery of the keys.
The house is not suitable for young children due to stairs (suitable for 7 years onwards).
