There are six units in the house: 1. Orchid – ground floor, left side (apartment), 2. Lotus – ground floor, right side (room), 3. Violet – first floor, left side (apartment), 4. Lavender – first floor, right side (room), 5. Daisy – second floor, left side (apartment), 6. Rose – second floor, right side (room). Rooms consists of just room and a bathroom - rooms don't have a kitchen, but there is a fridge with a small freezer. The apartments consists of living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony / terrace. Although located in the very center of Pula, the property features a shared ground-floor terrace, ideal for a morning coffee or an evening outdoor retreat. Since the apartments are located in the very center of Pula, they are ideal for anyone who wants to explore the city’s historic core, visit cultural landmarks, and enjoy urban life without the need for a car.
