The Samsa family home is located in Borik, a quiet residential area of ??Rovinj with family houses and abundant greenery. The beach is just a short walk away (approx. 250 m – a 5-minute walk) via a path through a small wood or through the neighborhood.

Apartment A4+1 with a private entrance, is suitable for 4–5 people. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, toilet, and a large terrace, while the upper floor has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. Apartment A2+2 is located on the first floor and includes a living room with two sleeping sofas, a dining area, and a kitchen, as well as one double bedroom, a bathroom, and two balconies. Unit S2 is a double bedroom with a bathroom and a balcony.
All units are equipped with air conditioning, digital TV, and internet access, and offer outdoor seating areas (balcony or terrace). A washing machine located in the basement is available for use by all our guests.
