The Standard apartment 2+1 / Apartment with Balcony is/ are at the first floor of the building and it has a bedroom for 2 persons, living room with the sofa where can sleep one more person, dining room with the kitchen in one space and bathroom. Entire space (living room and bedroom) is air-conditioned and we have a free WiFi internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you need to prepare your meals, making your stay easier and perfect. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and towels.

Apartment Simone is close to the Centre, the beach Bacvice, super market, restaurants, caffe bars, shops, banks, ATM, green market, main bus station, the ferry port,..

You have a private entrance to your apartment and a big hall between the main doors of the flat, so you won't here a noise from the outside.
The neighborhood is very peaceful, although it is close to center and old town! Public transport is 200 meters away.

Everything You need is in a 700 meters away,.. the beach Bacvice, public transport, grocery store, green market, Old town and center of Split, the promenade Riva, caffe bars, restaurants, souvenirs shops, park wood Marjan for hiking, biking or walking with your children.

You can walk till the beach or to the old town. You can also use our bikes for free (for our guests) and go around Split or to the Park wood Marjan for recreation or just feel the fresh air.

Dear guests,
Please leave the switch in the bathroom for the boiler, always ON for the hot water in the shower. Otherwise, the water will be cold.
Please, when you leave the house, turn OFF the air condition.
