4x Type A - Studio Apartment Suitable for 2 +1 persons with 1x double bed and 1x sofa bed. 4 x Type B - Studio Apartment suitable for 2 persons with 1x double bed . 4x Type C - Apartment (separate bedroom) suitable for 2 +2 persons with 1x double bed and 2x sofa beds. 2x Type C - New apartment (separate bedroom) suitable for 2 +2 persons with 1x double bed and 2x sofa beds. The apartment house is situated on the Adriatic coast ca.8 km north of Šibenik, about 4 km from the tourist center Vodice in the place Srima. The location is absolutely quiet in close proximity to the sea (approx. 30 m). In the vicinity of the apartment house, the sea is shallow, partly gray sand with gravel and a pebble beach. There is also a beach nearby, where the sea is sandy.
