.New modern built villa in the peaceful part of town surrounded by pine woods on the most southern tip of island Brac.From the large coverd terrace ther is beautiful sea view-Makarska riviera and island Hvar.It has a very large cort-yard and plenty of private parking area.The numerous pebble beaches are only short walk away.
