We completely renovated the apartment located on the ground floor first row to the sea with a sea view from the bedroom and from the terrace.
App has 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and one single bed.
In the living room there is a large three bed sofa with 2 extra beds.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle ...
In front of the app there is a famous promenade of Crikvenica – Selce.
The app is next to a hotel that is open all year round
and has an indoor swimming pool with an outside caffe bar
Tennis courts are 200 m away.
Water park, parachute, banana, flying couch, water skiing are 500 m away and not free of charge.
Parking is located right next to the building
The app is air-conditioned.
The hotel beach with showers is 20 m in front of the apartment and a beautiful bay with a beach for children with tiny stones.
