Villa Nikolas 1 is located in the small village of Peroj, 2 km from the center of Fažana and Vodnjan and 7 km from Pula. The village of Peroj is ideal for a peaceful holiday and has natural beaches that are pebbly and rocky. Various festivals with local specialties, concerts and children's theater are held here in the summer. House Nikolas 1 is a small, beautiful house near the beach with an courtyard area of 300 m2. This house has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 bathroom, terrace, grill, parking, TV and wi-fi, air conditioning. The distance from the sea and the long pebble beach is 250 m. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place in the heart of nature and close to the sea, come and visit us. The beach in the resort was awarded the blue flag in 2018 and is one of the most beautiful and longest in Istria. Completely renovated 2023
