The house is located in the first row by the sea with a large garden that leads directly to the beach. It is 5 km from Trogir and 20 km from Split. The house is located in a small village away from the hustle and bustle and is ideal for a quiet holiday. The proximity of one of the most beautiful cities in Dalmatia, Split (20 km) and Trogir (5 km) gives the possibility of evening trips and excursions. The Salona Archaeological Park is also nearby (10 km). Šibenik and Krka National Park are 50 km away. The house consists of living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed for 1 person. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher. From the garden, the stairs go down to the beach. The garden features an outdoor shower and a terrace overlooking the island of Ciovo. There is parking, a large garden with fireplace and barbecue.
