In the coastal part of the Riviera, from the Bakarac to Novi Vinodolski, the fertile valley of VINODOL (Vallis vinearia), which is in this rocky and karstic area, was once the only source of basic needs for the majority of the population. Novi Vinodolski with its geographical and spatial position, Novi Vinodolski objectively represents a tourist phenomenon, which would have to be quickly transformed and built into an exclusive tourist center, because it possesses clean seas, suitable spaces for the construction of a hotel of the highest categories, romantic horizons made by green fields, sure rocks, benthic and coniferous forests, and above all picturesque and indented coasts, and younger generations are trying to provide their own city and ensure such a perspective and future. Novi Vinodolski stjecište is a road that leads from Vinodol to the sea, as well as the road connecting the continental industrial centers of Croatia with the sea through the area of ??the high mountain forests of Kapela, the shortest way through Ogulin. Adriatic tourist road connects Novi Vinodolski via Rijeka with Central Europe and its other parts, and, according to Primorac, Novi Vinodolski is connected with the whole world. Apartments Ada offer 3 apartments, 1 1 room and 2 3-room apartments. All guests have a secured parking space. Two larger apartments have TV and satellite, air conditioning and washing machine, while there is no smaller apartment.
After the reservation, 30% of the deposit / advance payment from the total price should be paid within 3 days.
