Few words from owner
Fully furnished apartments in new house with their own separate entrances, balconies and terraces. The house is situated in a quiet part of town. Free admission to the garden - barbecue. Private parking near the building. Ideal for a quiet holiday.
For reservation there is an advance payment of 30% of the total agreed price on a bank account. The remaining portion of 70% is payable in cash upon arrival. Upon arrival, guests have a duty to provide proof of identity (identity card / passport) for verification and registration.
The entrance to the apartment after 2 pm and departure before 10am. Upon departure, guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
For bookings of less than 5 days + 30%.
Special offer: Stay 2 weeks = 5% discount;
Stay 3 weeks = 10% discount
Other facilities: Possibility to rent boats and shorter trips in this area. Welcome drink ??? Well, of course.
