Our unique location is directly across from the Šipan island with views of the beautiful Adriatic sea, Lopud island, and the boats sailing from Slano to Dubrovnik. It’s also an ideal spot for launching kayaks and snorkelling.
Spectacular beach-front Villa Ratac commands amazing views of Elafiti islands and Pelješac peninsula from its elevated position on Dubrovnik Riviera. Villa Ratac radiates an exclusive atmosphere and offers guests an indulgent stay. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal clear sea, relax on the beach with a glass of champagne, star-gaze at the Dalmatian night sky from their own terrace or the beach-front pavilion, or take pleasure in their bedrooms and apartments.
