About accommodation
Apartments PARK is located in the resort of Sv. Filip i Jakov – Sv.Filip-Jakov, 30 m from the sea and has capacity for 2–20 persons in 4 accommodation units. Owners speak: ENG, GER, ITA, HRV.
Our apartments are placed in the shade of a pine forest just on the shore (about thirty paces to the sea), and the whole yard is gated.The center off the village is 200m away.The beach is narrow with pebbles.The main beach is sandy.The road through the village is local and not very frequent.There is a children's playground in our yard,table for table tennis,big gazebo with six BBQs and tables,parking lot-all in the shade.Apartments are very well equipped and everything is new.There are TV/sat, air-conndition,internet connection, kitchen with all the necessary dishes, dishwasher, fridge with the freezer...
