We are located in a Mediterranean environment, in a quiet bay Lamjana belonging to the city of Kali, the largest city on the island of Ugljan. Virgin nature, sand, pebbles and rocky beaches, olive groves, paths for walking and cycling, pine forest close to the beach, all this makes this bay unique and beautiful and we want to share it with you. We offer three apartments in our house.
Apartment Ana, 6 + 2, 110 m2, on the first floor, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with four beds, is very suitable for families with more children or two families with four children. The kitchen, dining and living room are in one room, large covered terrace is ideal for relaxation and enjoyment of our guests. The apartment has a bathroom and separate WC with sink. On the second floor there are two air-conditioned one bedroom apartments with sea views, suitable for a couple or a family with two children. Covered patios are a favorite spot of our guests.
Our apartments are fully equipped for the number of persons for which they are registered. The price includes bed linen, towels in the bathroom, kitchen towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, wireless internet, washing machine, cleaning and linen changes weekly and final cleaning.
The house has plenty of space for parking, the house is a place for gathering with grill. If you want to cook the fish and do not have much experience, we can help you in this. We are available for guests so they can feel comfortable and experienced unforgettable moments.
