The neighborhood is quiet so that guests can sleep well. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away (you can reach it on foot), and there is a cafe with a playground for children. Nearby there is a supermarket, a bank and a pharmacy, as well as good restaurants.
There is an additional area with a barbecue behind the house. There is also an outdoor shower that guests can use.
