The house consists of one-bedroom apartment A3 + 1 and two-bedroom apartment A4 + 1. Both apartments have a balcony overlooking the sea. Apartments are located on the first floor.
The apartments are equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove. , linens, towels (changed every 7 days, more often if necessary), everything needed for washing dishes. The house has a large parking for 6 cars, and distance from the beach is just 100 meters away. In the shade of the kiwi and the vine is a grill. Beach umbrellas are available for free. Using the internet for free. Air conditioning is 5 Euro / day. Taxes are paid 1 Euro / day per person over 18 years old. Persons 12 to 18 years pay 0,50 Euro / day. Extra bed will be charged 5 Euro / day (for one person). The owner lives in the house which is rented.
