It is the first floor apartment of the family house, which consists of 4 rooms, kitchen and 2 shower rooms with toilet and sink. All rooms are air-conditioned, with an exit to balcony and one large terrace. In the courtyard, there is a free parking space for our guests. The house is located in the most beautiful part of the city of Zadar (Borik – Puntamika), and there are fine natural beaches just five-minute walk. There are grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, bank and Yacht Marina. In the vicinity there is also a hotel resort with Wellness, tennis courts as well as the beach surrounded by pine forest, and the facilities are available to all visitors.
