Holiday House Lucie (9 people) is located near Zadar (part Belafuža), only 300 m away from the sea. First sandy and pebble beach is located 1300 m from the house. The house is fully furnished and there is 120 square meters on two floors. The house can accommodate 9 people. The first floor has:
kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle), a bedroom with double bed, toilet and bathroom with shower, living room (corner sofa for 1 person). Upstairs is - a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (200x90), living room (tv, sofa for 2 persons), bathroom, kitchen (fully furnished). On the ground floor there is a washing machine. The whole house is air-conditioned and there is free wifi throughout the house. In the yard is a large table for a pleasant stay in the fresh air. Beside the house is a garage for one car and next to it htere is one parking space (2 in total). Near the house (30m) is also free parking. The house is located near a supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, small market. The old part of the city of Zadar, Sea Organ and Sun Salutation is 2000 m away (20 min walk).
