The property is located in the quiet part of St. Philip and James, just 10 minutes walk to the beach and the center of the place. The apartments are fully serviced, all have a terrace and two of them have balconies with a terrace overlooking the center and the church of Sv. Mihovil, the peaceful sea and the Pasman Channel with its islands. In the yard there is a private outdoor parking and a grill where you can relax and enjoy the barbecue. Distance to bigger places: Biograd 3km, Zadar 20km, Fun Park Biograd 5km, Nature Park Vransko Lake 10km, NP Krka Waterfalls 50km, NP Kornati departing by boat from Biograd or Biograd
