Apartments for rent in the town of Ližnjan near Medulin.
Apartments fully equipped, with a terrace, parking and a shared pool.
Apartments Cesare are located in Ližnjan, a place on the Medulin Riviera best known for its windsurfing facilities.
All apartments are new and modernly furnished.
Each apartment has an area of 80 m2, has a beautiful terrace of approx. 14 m2, a storage room of 8 m2 and each apartment has the possibility to park 2 cars.
The apartments have a beautiful view of the island of Cres, only the mezzanine apartment has two terraces and a small view of the sea.
The pool located at the back is communal and all tenants have the right to use it, as well as the paved courtyard and equipped barbecue in the garden. In the basement of the building there is a storage area of around 8 m2.
Each apartment is suitable for 6 people. One bedroom has a 180x200 double bed and the other bedroom has two 80x200 beds, each of which can be folded out to a 160x200 to provide two additional double or children's beds.
All apartments have air conditioning, storage space in the basement, free Wi-Fi, and parking in the building, and each apartment has the possibility to park 2 cars.
