This property has one 2-bedroom apartment (sleeps 2-5), one 1-bedroom aparement (sleeps 2-4) and one studio apartment (sleeps 2-3), all situated on the first floor with balconies offering fantastic views of the sea and the front garden.
The interiors are roomy and nicely furnished with high ceilings and parquet floors. All apartments have satellite tv and air-conditioning. The beach in front of the villa is planted with semi-grown pine trees and has its own small jetty.
Due to its sea-front position and its unique garden - many holm oak trees create a fantastic shade even at the height of summer - this is a sought-after property and early booking is recommended.
The property is looked after by its owners, a friendly retired couple who live on the ground floor. The prices include the following: accommodation on self-catering basis, payment of all local taxes, utility charges, final cleaning, provision and weekly change of linen and towels (beach towels are not provided).
