Detached villa with 4 apartments with a wonderful central location on a quiet street, which is just 5 minutes walk from the beach, town, market, waterfront, marina, sports facilities, hospitals, pharmacies. Each apartment has its own parking space in the garden, large terrace (Ap. 1 and 2) or balcony (Ap. 3 and 4), satellite TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. In addition to accommodation also rent sailboats and motor boats, organize trips, fishing, diving, boat rides and much more.
