Few words from owner
The accommodation is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and until 10:00 AM on the day of departure (or by arrangement with the host);
Guests are required to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms themselves, and the owner is not responsible for their possible disappearance;
The accommodation owner has the right, in special circumstances, to enter the apartment/room in the absence of the guest, in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is required to inform the guests of his/her entry into the apartment/room at the first subsequent contact;
It is prohibited to destroy equipment and furniture, cause disorder and disturb other guests, and it is especially prohibited to make noise between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM;
The accommodation facilities may only be used by persons who have been duly registered as guests, and the host may approve possible visits at a certain time at the request of the guest;
It is not permitted to bring weapons, explosives and easily flammable materials;
The use of equipment and devices that are not part of the apartment/room offer is permitted only with the consent of the host;
The introduction of animals is permitted only with the consent of the host;
If there is a loss or damage to the installations, furniture, devices, or equipment of the apartment/room, the guest is obliged to notify the host. If the loss or damage is due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate for the appropriate equivalent value;
It is prohibited to remove devices and equipment from the apartment/room (towels, blankets, etc.);
In the event of failure to comply with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel further services to the guest;
You must hand over your ID card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival, for registration at the Tourist Office;
The tourist tax is paid with the bill to the host;
You can communicate your comments, wishes, and compliments to the host directly in the apartment or in writing - by mail, fax, or e-mail;
It is prohibited to serve or allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages, other drinks and/or beverages containing alcohol in the facility to persons under the age of 18.
